  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, We have Only Cash on delivery 
     will automatically be applied to your cash on delivery payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
